Hello,

 

I am organizing a Bicycle Tour/Ride this year to raise funds for the UW Carbone Cancer Center in memory of my daughter BreAnn Moddes and others, who lost their battles with Colon Cancer. The first annual Ride will be held September 20, 2014.

 

The Ride is planned to offer participants four routes to choose from:

• 5 miles (Fun Route for youth and families)

• 20 miles (Leisure Route for families and novices)

• 40 miles Intermediate Route

• 60+ miles Challenge Route (will include Baraboo Bluffs)

 

 

Colon Cancer survivors have the alternative of providing a free will donation in lieu of a registration fee.

 

Registration fee is waived for any U.S. veterans.

 

Funds will be raised through rider registration fees, rider and team pledges, business sponsorships, donations, and advertising. Since this is the first of what is planned to be an annual event, two pre-registration dates will be used to help estimate the number of riders to assist in planning sponsorship rates, advertising and Ride supply and volunteer requirements.
